Product Documentation & Systems Candidate Requirements Required 3–7+ years of product management experience, depending on product complexity. Proven experience taking products/features from discovery through launch. Strong analytical skills. Experience with product analytics. Strong customer research skills. Experience working with Engineering and Design teams. Strong prioritization skills. Experience creating product requirements. Strong communication skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Ability to make decisions independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong business understanding. Preferred Experience in a technology or high-growth company. Startup experience. Experience launching new products. Experience with B2C or B2B products. Experience with marketplaces, fintech, payments, SaaS, e-commerce, or other digital products. SQL knowledge. Experience with analytics tools. Experience with experimentation / A/B testing. Agile / Scrum experience. Experience managing products across multiple markets. Experience with AI-enabled products. Tools Experience with tools such as: Jira Linear Productboard Amplitude Mixpanel Google Analytics SQL Figma Notion Confluence Slack Excel / Google Sheets
